How to add checklist under sub-tasks for Jira Automation

I'm currently using Jira Automation add-on for create sub-tasks whenever I create a task. I was able to create an automation for this but for each sub-task I would like to add a checklist. 

I downloaded an add-on that can add a checklist in a given issue, but I cannot find the fields in the sub-task configuration.

There are few Checklist add-ons available in the Marketplace. If you are using Issue Checklist app, then please let us know and we will provide detailed configuration steps so you can achieve what you need.
