How to add description to the group in the Request type in Jira service desk?

As we group the requests in the request type, i would like to add a short description for the group so the end customers would know which group they need to use. How to add the description to the group for request types in JIRA service desk.

This is not possible. You could raise a feature request on jira.atlassian.com and explain your use-case.
