hi,
I have a team based project in JIRA, i cant figure out how to populate names in Requestor field dropdown. These will be names who do not have access to log but will receive email notifications when issue is created.
can someone please guide me?
Thanks
@Bhaveesha Khatri If you are using Jira Software then the requestor needs to be a licensed user in order to assign them an issue. Are you using Jira Software?
yes i am. The thing is they were on previous project ( team based) and when i moved issues to new team based project, I dont see Requestor names anymore

to be clear, in this case the Requestor name is for record only ( business individual name) but they are not assigning tickets. The Reporter ( me in this case) will be assigning tickets.

I am a new user to JIRA. would you be able to let me know where i can find the requestor field?
I am facing an issue as stated in this link https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Incomplete-project-list-showing-in-Power-Automate/qaq-p/2123943.
Since I do not know what this Requestor field is, if you can give me a screenshot of where i can locate this field, it would be of great help.
