How to atoumatically add internal Jira Users in large numbers

Good day to everyone,

We've been running Jira Service Desk for some time now, and we used to have all our user management via Active Direstory, both agents and customers.

But now we're thinking we'd like to use Jira Internal Directory for our external users (that is, customers).

I see that I can create user manually, that is, one by one (see the screenshot) but I wonder if I can somehow export a large number of users (via csv file, for example) and if I can assign them groups and organization (speaking of customers) via exporting.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Or may be share experience and best practicies.
