How to auto close screen on the transiton?

Hello :) 

Does anyone know how to auto close screen on the  transiton?

I need to display the screen only when the condition is met (when user do transition), otherwise the screen will be closed automatically or won't open.

"hidetab" in the behaviours isn't work
