Jira Service Desk on cloud allows to create tickets.
In order for better reporting, the ticket agent template was modified to include few fields.
We want to export the tickets in CSV which we could, change this field and then import these tickets?
Is this bulk update supported?

Thanks Anton for posting, this functionality would be extremely useful as we add fields retrospectively to help in our reporting/ slicing/ dicing of the tickets, and we want to keep the information centralized in one place.
