How can I change the order of my custom fields on the issue create screen for a Service Desk Project? I have my whole project built and configured and nothing works to reorder.

I do agree it's frustrating trying to work out how to configure custom fields, they can quickly become an unmanageable mess. Our plugin, ProForma might be would you need to make life easier. Its not clear what you are trying to do. If you want the fields to appear in a different order on the Portal view, you reorder them in the Request Types section of the Project settings. If you are taking about the order of fields on the Create Screen that an Agent would use to create a new Issue, then you do that in the Screens area.
