Hello, i created issues from jira service managment and with automation when a customer create an issue it create and link a new issue for the developer team, and now i want that when developers end the work with an issue, the linked issue (created in jira service managment) change to X workflow/state
How can i do that?

Your automation would look somewhat like this:
Of course, status escalated would be whatever status is in your workflow. And you can also set the target status of your JSM issue explicitly instead of copying it from the trigger issue.
