How to create a dependent field on custom field in JIRA on demand version?

Hi All,

Can anyone help me in creating a custom dependent fileld whose values will be populated depending on the other custom field's selected value?

OR

at least a way so that few custom fields will get enabled on clicking on particular value in previous custom field?

For OnDemand, your only real option is the cascading select field. You can't play many of the tricks other sites use to do it (although I'd avoid it anyway, as a lot of them insert javascript in the ui, and that's always a vile thing to do with Atlassian apps)
