How to create automation in Jira One view

Hello, how do I know create automation in Jira One View instance? On the Jira Cloud instance, this icon is on the top right corner of the backlog and sprint view is missing in the Oneview instance we use at work.

PS: this is an enterprise instance.

We do not know what your "one view" Jira is - could you explain more please?

If, however, this is a server install of a Jira, as oppose to a Cloud instance, the Automation link may be missing if you do not have permissions to configure it, and/or the Automation app is not installed.
