Nope. Colors are dynamically assigned and there is no way to configure that.

Please add this feature. It is very confusing for people reading the charts. because the chart is visual people automatically assign the meaning of the color on the first chart they see to the same color in other charts on the dashboard. This leads to misunderstanding.
