How to customize the customer portal and help center?

I need to customize our customer portal signup page, however there does not appear to be a way to access this part of the portal.

Is there a way to configure that page? I'd like to add more fields to gather data about customers signing up for our support helpdesk. 

If you recommend an add-on, keep in mind that we have Jira Service Desk Server only.

Hi Ernest,

Currently, it's not possible to customize the login page and I haven't found any add-on that could help us related to it.
On this documentation, there are some add-ons, but nothing mentions the customization of the login page, only the customer portal.
We have some feature request suggesting the implementation of this abilities:

- Customer information to be populated in the request form
- Ability to store additional information about customers
- As a Service Desk Administrator, I would like to be able to have a custom login page to the Customer Portal
- As an SD Admin, I want the ability to customize the Public Sign-up Form / Page
