How to display Jira projects to custom field(select list) of another jira instance?

We are using 3 JIRA instances, but we need to get List of projects custom field(select list) from other instance.

and already we have configured Application likns

JIRA Instance1: version 7.1.8

JIRA Instance2: Version 7.1.6

Please suggest me how to achieve it.

Your best bet is one of the "database custom fields" add-ons, configured to read the other JIRA's database.
