Note: 'Customers' are internal employees.
I have created a form and linked it to a request type so my 'customers' can input store data for a selected store. They select a store from a drop down and then input all needed data (phone numbers, emails, etc.).
Great that works I can get store data the first time they input it, however I want this form to be living so that whenever a 'customer' selects a store the form will fill out with the information that was last filled into it so all they need to do is change a phone number instead of having them fill out a whole form again. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
My current solution is to make an organization of all 'customers' so they can all see the store information forms. Then they just have to search if that store has a form and go edit it. This works however leaves too much up to my 'customers' to not make a duplicate form.
