Hello there,
As we are currently assessing our server instance to migrate to JWM cloud, as a general procedure, Atlassian allocate an Advocate to help us with the migration. However, the advocate is not helping us with our migration options or not suggesting us in a best way.
We even requested him to escalate our requirements with the management, but he keeps on ignoring our request.
Anyone know how to escalate Advocate related issues with the Atlassian management?

I can't seem to find any recent support tickets where you account has created or has access to since July. If you have an existing support ticket please share the issue number with us. Are you using a different email address for that other correspondence?
It's usually the advocate team you work with; albeit you get one dedicated advocate, you should have contacts for others.
I've asked the Community team Atlassians for help though, they're good at finding the right people to talk to at Atlassian!
