Hi guys,
I would like to generate report automatically with the following columns:
1. Row Number
2. Summary of JIRA ticket
3. PIC on its JIRA ticket
4. Link to JIRA Ticket
5. Status on JIRA Ticket
6. Last update date on JIRA ticket status
7. Last comment on JIRA ticket
8. Date on when last comment on JIRA ticket was added
Is there any way to do this on Confluence? Thanks for the help! :D
Hello Dion,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Unfortunately, JIRA does not have a report/view that would return the exact information that you need automatically, however, you can export your issues to CSV to get all the issue information and then use a third-party Spreadsheet software (Excel, LibreOffice, etc) to select the information relevant to you.
From the fields you specified, the only one that would not be exported in the CSV would be the Link to JIRA Ticket, however, you can easily add a custom field to your issues to add this information.
You can refer to the documentation below to know how you can create a custom field:
- Adding, editing and deleting a custom field
As a second option, you can search in Atlassian Marketplace for a paid third-party plugin which provides you with this kind of information as EazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira.
Let me know if this information helps.
Hi,
Okay, will experiment on that. Thank you for your suggestion Peter.

Hi,
eazyBI can create such a report, currently, except showing the picture from Jira. The option to show the picture in issue lists is in our backlog.
You can check the eazyBI Demo account to see what kind of reports you can create from Jira issues: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/dashboards/4553-jira-issues
Kindly,
Janis, eazyBI support
