I have a Jira server instance (version: 8.13.20) and I have installed Spartez support chat on it. I use the chat on my website and give it metadata from users logged in to the website. I want these metadata to populate fields in the issue created by chat.
For example, the email to populate the reporter field.
I understand this needs to be done with scripts?
I have scriprunner and tested to get issue metadata but I was not able to do it.
Can anyone put me in the right direction?
