How to have two dimensional filters in reporting function of Jira Service Desk

Hello Community,

I'd like to have a report for showing the number of tickets created about which system and from which branch like I have done in the dashboard.

However, I'd also like to be able to have this type of filter in the reporting page of my service project to have all reports in one place but do not see any options for it.

Can anyone show me a solution to this?

Hi @Bill Thang,

Out of the box, Jira does not have this dynamic reporting capability you are looking for. To extend your reporting capabilities, you could have a look into the Atlassian Marketplace.

You could either look into more robust reporting solutions that offer BI reporting capabilities or integration with your favourite BI tools. Or you may also look into apps with extended dashboard filter capabilities.
