Janna August 14, 2022

I want a solution for hiding project in features for other users who are not working on the particular project. And  when they login in jira they only can see there project not other project.

Hi @Janna ,

Do you know about Browse project permission?

If you have not configured project permission scheme yet, please do the following step.

First, you have to create your project role, please follow this guide https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-roles/

Next, create your own permission scheme, add at least Project Role (Administrators), Project lead, some of your new roles... and remove Application access (Any logged in user) from Browse projects permission.

Final, change your project permission scheme to your new scheme.

Hope this helps!
