So we have a JSM project, where we put some automated data intake via api as internal comments. Problem is this generates 12 internal comments daily for single ticket.
I have notification scheme that sends email notification to Project role Watcher.
Is there a way we can disable email notifications for internal comments?
So we want to have notifications arriving to Watcher, but not internal comments.
At this moment the notification scheme doesn't segregate between internal & public comments, you just have option to configure notification for public comments. So, I dont think it is possible by default.
May be you can have more control over it using some marketplace place app. Or reach out to atlassian to check, how they are blocking internal comments from customer, you may be able to use that logic, if at all possible for agents too.
