How to provide Performance and Scale testing for my Add-on to be approved in the new DataCenter?

We are working on supporting the new DataCenter program, but we are blocked at the point where we need to provide Scale & Performance testing.

The provided documentation by Atlassian doesn't provide how to apply such test, so kindly anyone can direct us on this.

That's a tough issue, but you can have a look at Jira Performance Tests here.

It automatically provisions a Jira instance in AWS infrastructure and does performance tests.
