I have an issue where I have a screen on one of the projects which is forcing a reciew of certain attributes on ticket close.
The issue I have is that I am using the same service desk workflow for a second project. Now I need to remove the review screen because it is irrelevant to the second project as in teh attached image I can view the screens but can remove the screen from the project, any ideas how to remove a screen from a project?
I was thinking also to just delete the screen and recreate it for the original project but I can't see a delete option.
Nevermind I have solved this;
- Edit Page / FIeld Context
- Modify the associated projects
