Hi all, our users put in a request for access which adds them into a group in the backend that gives them access to projects. But some users require specific admin access to the project itself.
Upon moving to cloud users have reached out that when they are added as an admin, they now get a notification saying "You have been invited to xxxx project". Which worries them because they think its a new piece of work, and then they see its just one they already have access to and it clogs up their email.
Does anyone know how I can disable it? It doesn't look to be in the project notification scheme unless I'm missing it?
Thanks!
Hello Calvin
Nice to meet you :)
I understand you would like to disable notifications for users when they are invited to a project.
Presently, this is not possible, and there is a feature request raised for the same here .
Allow admins to control email notifications to end users when they are added to new projects- https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-94429
You can watch and vote on the request.
Thank You,
Prachi
Thanks Prachi, nice to meet you as well! Thats exactly it, I appreciate the link, shame to hear its not available, but at least I'm not left wondering if I'm missing something.
Thanks again!
