Hello!
I have created my own permission scheme in the project.
Because of what, when entering the project, I always see a warning about an error.
I don't want to change my permission scheme in the project. Because it meets the needs of our organization.
How to remove the error message so that you don't have to close it every time you enter the project?
Switch to "Yes, don't show non-critical permission scheme warnings to project administrators" did not help. The warning still appears.

I'm afraid that while your permission scheme might look like it meets the needs of your organisation, it also renders Service Management unusable, breaking what it is for.
At a guess, it looks to me like you are trying to give "customer" users the rights to use the issues behind the requests similar to licenced Jira users or even agents, which is not what Service Management is for. Customers are only supposed to see requests and portals.
If you do want your customers to do this, then permissions for the customer user group is not the way to do it. You need to add them as licenced Jira users and put them in another group (or, better, role in the project) and use that in the permissions.
