When customers are raising Jira request via email channel then the other required fields are not captured.
I need to resend those fields to the customers (ideally on email) to be filled once the request has been created and those fields should get updated in the ticket once the customer fills it up.
Explored Jira forms but experiencing 2 issues with it, the customer is unable to open the form link & the linked jira fields are not getting updated.
Kindly advise if there is any workaround for this.

my suggestion is to setup a portal on your project and allow users to create a structured tickets with all fields that you need https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/receive-requests-from-an-online-portal/
