As a user I want to see all possible Service Desks and / or request types on one page. Without hidden opportunities and popularity. How can I do that?

To show all the projects on the customer portal, it's necessary to let it "open" to all customers.
It means that you need to let all customer access all project:
But, it only shows the most recent and used projects/requests.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to search all requests in the portal:
