Hi all,
When our OPs guy installed Service Desk by default while looking at the ticket I would see the queues on the left-hand side of the screen. I pressed little "x" and now the queue list is gone and I cannot find any possible setting to show it again.
Can you help?
Oh silly me. You have to press "Keep menu open" WHILE displaying queues. Not really good UX in my opinion...
Found an answer:
Click the "Switch Queues" and at the very bottom is "Keep menu open".
