How to take backup for whole single JSD project?

We are using JIRA_v6.4 and and JSD_v2.9,we would like to take back for whole single project with out missing any thing on local machine not on server.

Please suggest us on this.

There is no "project backup".  You can take the whole system, and then import just a project from it, but you can't backup a single project.
