We're new to Jira Service Management and want to transition an Issue created in the Service Project based on the linked Jira issue.
Example: When a "caused by" Jira issue is transitioned to a specific status, let's say DONE, we want those two things to happen
Also, but not that important, I would like to do the same thing vice versa. In case of the Service, the issue is being transitioned to a specific status, the Jira issue should be transitioned as well.

You can do this using automation, just use the related issue branch to add the comment and transition the JSM request when the issue is moved to done, something like this:
This is a very simplified example, so make sure you test your automation.
