How to translate a username into another language

hi! Help me. I Russian user name should be translated so that in the field author, artist, observer and others were not English, but Russian names. Can this be done?

Hi Tatiana,

The usernames are stored as characters, Jira won't translate it to another language.
As per I could understand, their full names are in Russian, is that correct?
If so, in this case, the best option is to change the full name with the name already translated, so non-Russian users will be able to find them on user picker fields.
If that's not the case, can you please send us a screenshot of a user which the username is in Russian? It will help us better understand what needs to be translated.
