How to use RemoteIssueLinks as a trigger for an automation rule

Is there a way to use added remote links on an issue as trigger for an automation rule?

Remote Links (Weblinks, Confluence Links) seems not be reflected as updates on an Issue, even if it is part of the Issue History. Furthermore I cannot find a smart value to access the Issue Remote Links.

We need to trigger an automation rule, every time a Remote Issue Link has been added or removed on an Issue. How can this be done?

You can use the trigger "issue linked" when a link has been added to a isse or "Issue link deleted" when a link has been delete.

For smart value you can try this doc, it for data center but i also using on cloud.

Unfortunately the Issue Link trigger doesnt kickoff when it is a remote link (link to another instance).  Any other ideas?  I am stuck doing a scheduled to resolve this.
