How we can configure JIRA for real time SLA monitoring, reporting and alerting
Hi @Sandeepsai
Jira doesn't come with a built in SLA monitoring functionality. On the other hand, Jira Service Management does. If you are referring to JSM, then follow these instructions https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-service-level-agreements-slas/
If you are referring to Jira, then you need to install an app from the marketplace. You can start by trying out a few https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=sla and see which one suit your need. Then you have to follow the instruction of the vendor for setting it up.
Let me know if that helped.
Hi @Sandeepsai
I can recommend the SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on developed by our team.
You can use the SLA Grid in the add-on to view SLA information in real-time.
You can receive alerts of SLA breaches in the comment section of a ticket or via Slack. This can be configured in SLA Settings.

Hi @Sandeepsai,
SLA's are part of Jira Service Management. You can read more about the topic from this collection of support articles.
Hope this helps!
