I Cannot select multiple options button in JIRA service desk

Hi All,

I cannot able to do multi select (selecting many tickets at once) in JIRA service desk. Can some one help? It worked earlier but did not work now.

Have you tried Ctrl + Click or Shift + Click on the item  method yet?
