I am not able to see issues that are complete and closed and now in done column only able to see few not older issue

In Work Management projects older Done issues are automatically hidden from the board when they have been in that column for 2 weeks.

The same is true for Kanban boards for Team Managed Software projects.

For Kanban boards for Company Managed Software projects there is an option in the Board Settings (accessible to the Board Administrator) to specify a time period after which the Done issues will be hidden from the board.

You tagged your post as jira-service-management. Jira Service Management projects do not natively include a Board view, but you may have a Board created from the Jira Software functionality that provides you a view of the Service Management issues. In that case see my third paragraph above.
