I can't "ask a question" to Atlassian Support

I can't raise a ticket to Atlassian Support, no matter what kind of request I want to do. 
It keeps loading all the time, without saving my request.

Do you have any idea about how to solve it?

So, after filling all the fields, when trying to submit, the page does not send any response and didn't complete the submission

This is probably a fault with your browser (as I, and others, don't see this problem).  Could you try a different browser?
