I need to do an Upgrade from my SEN Licence

Hello Community, I need to do an Upgrade to all my atlassian user package, witch consist in Jira Software, Crowd and Worktime Calendar

I have 100 users and I need to know the cost of add 10 more users, How can I do this? Buying 10 users away from my licence package? (doesn't apperars to be like that) or migrating my SEN Jira Software licence first, and then migrating the other products?

and in that case, the minnimum to upgrade is from 100 to 200?

While Cloud is priced per user, Server is tiered pricing. You can get a quote if you like here 

as I see it the tiers are:
