Currently, I want to add my client to the JIRA in a separate project where we can track the queries and work related to that client. We have other boards too on our JIRA.
So I have created a TEAM MANAGED project for my client. I have created a new role in the ACCESS named "Client" where I have given all the permission that I want him to have.
Permission is working well and everything is on point. When the client clicks on the View All Project the client is only able to view his project. Now the issue is that he is also able to view an option "CREATE PROJECT" I want to restrict him from creating new projects on my JIRA but am not able to find anything about that.
That is a global permission that allows users to create team-managed projects. If you go to Settings > Systems > Global permissions you can either change who can do this or remove that option completely. As a Jira admin you will be able to create TMPs even if the permission is removed.
