I have created an automation in Jira Service Management that triggers with the creation of an specific request type and then to create a task in Jira Work Management copying certain custom fields, but I get this error:

When you have questions about an automation rule, please share a screenshot and full details of your automation rule.
On a side note: when you get an error about unknown or unavailable fields, that is usually linked to the fact that certain fields you are trying to fill out are not listed on the create screen of the issue type you are trying to create. So have a close look at the create issue screen and the fields you are trying to fill out. Any fields that are missing may be the cause of this error.
