In Jira comments message is not displaying in email format.

Hi Team,

Need immediate help.

i am migrating data from Fit bugtracking tool to jira.

while migrating the data we found so many tickets having comments history 

in comments block they copy and past the email message and save in the  Fit tool database.

Now i am migrating this FIT data to Jira throught CSV . In the process of migrating i am mapping this comments field to jira comment body field and importing the data to jira.

After migrating data to jira i observed in comment body the data in email format is storing as string message  in jira.

how can i show this data as email format in jira.

Can you suggest how can i handle this issue.how can i format data on migration process..

Please suggest the steps what i need.

Your comment field may be set to "default text renderer", and changing it to "wiki style renderer" may give you what you seek.
