In a business project, is there a way to have a creation screen?

I have some required fields, I added a screen to my create transition in my workflow but this screen doesn't appear and the issue can't be created without the required fields.

There's nowhere you can add a screen to a create transition, so I'm not sure what you think you have done.

But you can do create screen - go to the project admin and find "issue type screen scheme", go into there and look for the "screen schemes" (there may only be one), go into each of them and check what screen is in use for "create"

Indeed, I can't add a screen to the creation anymore. But I had this possibility last week and I did it. I tried many things because I encountered some bugs with the predefined project templates. In the present example, I create a Kanban project that I converted to business afterwards. The screen name for creation is the same as the one mentioned for "create" in the screen schemes. However, it doesn't appear when I create an issue in my board.

Ok, that is a horrible bug in the workflow editor.

That screen setting should not be enterable there.  It is not used by Jira.

Go back to the project admin, look for the "issue type screen scheme" and go into that, check the screen schemes in use match for your current issue type, then go into that and look at what screen is in use for "create"

I checked, it's correct. I just realized it actually works when using the "+" button in the left toolbar but not the create button in the first column of the board, which is not very user friendly. Thanks.
