Hello,
I have a similar problem than users on the page http://goo.gl/fWiAHU. Here are the screenshots. I would appreciate some help to use your plugin.
I sent you the screenshots via email, our JIRA version is 6.3.15
Best regards,
Vincent

Got the same problem here. If we create the mail handler, it works and display properly. When we add a new service in the "Email Helpdesk Configuration", then we see the above stack trace within the "Mail Handlers" list.

I wasn't able to reproduce the problem using jira 6.3.15, I'd like to ask you further details to help me find the problem: Which browser and which version are you using? (Chrome 32, Firefox 21, Safari 4, ...) Which language do you have configured in JIRA? (English, German, French, ...) Could you provide screenshots of the error in the incoming mail screen and also screenshots of the plugin configuration?
