Inactive AD user still active in Jira

Welcome, I have big problem with my AD users. When someone quit form my commpany him AD account is marked as inactive. Problem is that Jira still display user as active. Yesterday I shut down my Jira and set Active column in cwd_users on 0, but after restart Jira users was still active. Does anybody know solution for this problem? Mayby is some groovy script tu set users as inactive?
