Insight - Doesn't show Connected Tickets in objects

Hello,

On March 7th, a bulk import was run on Inight, which removed a few objects that had different Jira issues attached to them (these links are done through a custom field in Jira issues).

Since we have two Jira environments, we have restored the database backup before the bulk import with all connected objects and tickets to the testing environment. We managed to recover all the deleted objects with their history ([jiraschema].[AO_8542F1_IFJ_OBJ_HIST]) and comments ([jiraschema].[AO_8542F1_IFJ_COMMENT]), but we can't recover the connected tickets.

We have inserted the records in the database in the tables [jiraschema].[AO_8542F1_IFJ_OBJ_JIRAISSUE] (Inishgt and Jira Issues connection) and [jiraschema].[customfieldvalue] (to assign the corresponding insight object in the issues custom field), just like we did with history and comments, but only shows the custom field in the issue.

When I acces the insight objet still nothing shows up in the connected tickets window.

For more information, the issues for which we have lost the links, were created through the service desk portal, in which we have not been able to show the custom field with the insight object either.

Do we have to insert some other data in another databes tables?
