I installed the Jira Service Desk (trial edition) on a server that was already hosting Drupal and has a drupalApache server. Opened port 8080 and was able to access Jira Service Desk and all is well.
However noticed that Jira Service Desk will not respond if the drupalApache server service is not running.
Can someone explain whats happening and how I can change it?
Thanks tonnes for any help, Roscoe
Hi Ross
which url do you use to access Jira service desk?
Any chance that Drupal makes use of port 8080 and jsd is not able to start due to the occupied port
Cheers
Kurt
Hi Kurt,
Thanks for the reply but the issue is that Jira Service Desk will not respond unless drupalApache server IS running. If the drupalApache server is not running the Jira Service Desk will not respond.
Thanks, Ross
