Integrating Jira Service Desk and Confluence on separated servers

I have 2 servers:

Server 1 : Jira SD/Software

Server 2: Confluence

the question is how to integrate it? Maybe somebody have some guides how to do it?

Same way you would "integrate" them if they were on the same server.  The software doesn't care where the other end of an application link is.
