Integration User permission in ServiceNow Connection Configurations

Hi,
I am using servicenow connector to connect with jira cloud demo version. I Installed Jira ServiceNow connector. service now connection is sucessful but failed to connect with integration user and not getting what permission I need to give to this integration user.
I tried with a JIRA admin user but no luck any advice. Thanks in advance for any suggestion..
