There is 2 option to add comments in JIRA
1. Add Internal Note
2. Reply to Customer
What we found that when we add internal note, which is primarily for internal, the customer can read the same?
How we can restrict it?
I would appreciate, if any one can help.
If your customer does have a Jira Software license and Browse Projects permission on the JSM project, then they are able to read Internal Comments in a Jira Service Management project.

As per my knowledge, customers dont have license, although few of our customers are having Portal access.
Please guide me how I can change the permission, if there is any way to do that?
