Is Strip Quote option applicable for Issues Description.

I have enabled strip quote option to my mail handler, For comments it is working fine..removing the quoted content.

But when the issue is forwarded to Incoming mail handler, All the email address are appearing in the email.. How to remove all those things from the Issues description..

Any plugins available to achieve that..
