Is it only possible to create tickets if a license is attached on Atlassian ID

want to create a ticket...registered an eMail but at ticket creation the Create button still is not pushable even all informations filled in :-/

You need an Atlassian ID (probably what you created when you "registered an email" and a SEN (Support entitlement number)
