I want to link in the general manager of the store we are doing work for but the only thing I want him to be able to do is add issues. I do not want him to see progress or even other issues in the project. Is this even possible?

Hi @Mike Francis

That is what customer do on the Jira Service Management portal. They go to the portal and raise requests. There are some permissions for the customers as well but usually they see their own requests and tickets shared with them. Portal has a widget that you can embed on a website as well.

You can also try to use Issue Collector, which you can embed on a website but it is used mainly to collect feedback and has limited functionality as compared to a proper customer portal.

I hope it helps.

Ravi
